CSN: Report: Hernandez 'not ruled out' as suspect

Aaron Hernandez "has not been ruled out as a suspect" in an investigation of a possible homicide in North Attleboro, Mass., according to WBZ. The report adds that the Patriots tight end is "not cooperating" with the investigation.

WBZ's managing editor Pete Wilson also tweeted this morning that the body of the man found dead in North Attleboro near Hernandez's home is Odin Lloyd of Boston, as identified by Lloyd's uncle.

Lloyd was a semi-pro linebacker for the Boston Bandits, and according to Wilson, Lloyd was at Bandits practice on Saturday night.

SI.com reported Tuesday that Hernandez is not believed to be a murder suspect, but a vehicle rented in his name, with Rhode Island license plates, is a key piece in the investigation of the death of a 27-year-old Boston man whose body was found Monday in an industrial park not far from Hernandez' home. According to an ABC News report Tuesday, Hernandez "has been uncooperative with police."

WBZ says it spoke to the man who discovered the body.

?I saw an African-American male, probably 25-35 years old, decently dressed,? the man, who did not want to be identified, told WBZ-TV. ?He was stiff motionless, one of the police officers came back later and said it looked the guy had been shot somewhere else and dumped here.?

ABC described the victim as an "associate" of Hernandez and reported that two associates of Hernandez tried to leave the home but were detained.

There was a significant amount of activity outside Hernandez' North Attleboro home Tuesday afternoon, with two police cars parked in front. All local media outlets were also on site.

When a call regarding Hernandez was placed to the North Attleboro police department on Tuesday afternoon, a dispatcher replied: "That's being handled by the Bristol County District Attorney's Office."

A story of a separate incident linking Hernandez to a violent incident broke on Wednesday. Earlier this month, according to TMZ, Hernandez was sued for shooting a man in the face.
